The 24th of August 2013, began with a lot of excitement for the parents of the Pre Primary! They had been invited for an Ad Mad Show in the school. Everyone was curious to know about the event.
At
school, the enthusiastic parents were welcomed very cordially by our ushering
committee. They were directed to their respective classes and there, they were
divided into groups of eight. Each group was given chits to pick-up through
which they selected their topic, for which they had to prepare an advertisement
with a suitable slogan or jingle. They were given twenty minutes for
preparation.
The
scene that followed the initial instructions by the teachers was full of excitement!
It was the time for the parents to put on their thinking caps and put forth
their creative and innovative ideas!
Finally
it was time for exhibiting their advertisements on stage!
The
products selected for the advertisement were-
Group1 K0 Lollipop
Group 2 K1 Namkeen
Group3 K1 Mobile
Group 4 K2 Cooking Oil
Each group gave their best and advertised
their product in the most innovative and effective manner! They were judged for
participation, presentation and the best jingle or slogan.
It
was a very enjoyable morning for the parents and the teachers as well. Parents
were extremely happy to have got an opportunity to go on stage and display
their acting talents!
Mrs.Arpita
Mitra was invited to judge the show. The K0 group was judged the winner. The
winners were given key chains (for the parents) and the children from the
winning team were given pencils as prizes.
The
event was a grand success and enjoyed by all the participants and organizers
together!
