Report on Competition for Magazine Holder


GG International School conducted the Inter-house Magazine Holder Making Competition for the primary classes from class III to V on December 16, 2017. The competition was interesting as well an opportunity to open the windows for all creativity & imagination once again.


Each of the magazine holders prepared by the children was a pleasure to the eyes. This also made the selection process extremely difficult for the judges. This fun filled activity not only witnessed an enthusiastic participation of all the students, it also enthused them to imagine and promoted their artistic brilliance. The winners are Anayesha Goel of class III from Shravan House is the winner. Nishika fron class IV of Shravan House is runner up and  Adnan Kashi of class IV from Abhimanyu House is the second runner up.

EXOTIC DESSERT MAKING COMPETITION


Group activity empowers students by adding strength to their natural abilities which enhances confidence, teamwork and productivity.

Hence, GGIS had organised ‘No bake- No cook’ Inter house group activity for students of grade VI to VIII on 18th November 2017.

The students enthusiastically prepared scrumptious desserts with cream, cake, butter, fruits etc. Little hands preparing exquisite desserts were really appreciable. Students came up with great work and impressive creativity. The aim of conducting the activity was to develop and enhance creativity of students. The beautiful imaginations were transformed into concrete reality through fabulous work created by students.

The efforts of the students were remarkable and the most delicious dessert was adjudged.
 
 


The judges were highly impressed by the tasty cuisine and the decorations done by our children. They asked questions to the students related to their platter and were happy to eat the delicious dishes. They thoroughly enjoyed the activity. They also appreciated the school for keeping creative activities like this, where students take home a lot of good learning. Students of Std.VIII from Eklavya House was adjudged the winner. The runners up were the Students of Std. of VIII from Dhruv House and the Students of Std. VII from Shravan House.

The judges complimented the efforts put in by all the four houses. This competition was a real treat for the students as well as the teachers.
